The difference in dust collection was drastic. I do recommend mounting it as high on the dust hood as possible since it's getting harder to find inexpensive 3.5" cutters. Under 3" cutters press this brush hard into materials and exert a lot of pressure on parts, even enough to break them from the vacuum hold-down. So use the longer cutters and enjoy much better dust control.
